Are You a Performance-Driven Marketer Who Knows How to Generate Real Leads?
Dexta Africa is looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketer who understands how to turn clicks into qualified property enquiries and campaigns into closed deals.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
Generate high-quality property leads consistently
Track, analyze, and improve campaign performance
Apply buyer psychology, urgency, and investment marketing strategies
Scale campaigns that produce measurable ROI.
Manage social media (content calendar, posting, engagement, DMs)
Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional materials
What We’re Looking For
3 – 4 years of proven digital marketing experience
Creative thinker with strong content instincts
Ability to work independently and deliver results.
Strong experience running paid ads and generating leads
Experience in real estate marketing is a strong advantage
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
