We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms.
The ideal candidate should possess strong design expertise, excellent branding knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining consistency in visual identity.
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative concepts, graphics, layouts, and visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, and print materials.
Lead the design and execution of brand identity materials while ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to create engaging visual content aligned with business objectives.
Oversee junior designers and provide guidance, feedback, and quality control on design outputs.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
Create and edit motion graphics, video content, and multimedia assets where required.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices.
Ensure all final designs are production-ready for digital and print applications.
Requirements
Minimum of an HND / B.Sc Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related disciplines
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with at least 3–5 years relevant experience, preferably in a senior role.
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital design, and marketing creatives.
Proficiency in design software such as:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign
Adobe After Effects/Premiere Pro (added advantage)
Figma or similar design tools.
