About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business objectives.
As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to transform ideas and requirements into engaging, functional, and visually appealing user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research and gather user requirements.
Develop user personas, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
Maintain and contribute to the organization’s design system and style guides.
Ensure consistency of branding and user experience across all digital products.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best design practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in UI/UX design.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design processes.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
Knowledge of usability testing methodologies and accessibility standards.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development principles.
Experience designing enterprise software, business applications, or digital platforms.
