Job Title: Business Analyst

Description
You’ll turn data into decisions. From user behavior to transaction patterns to market opportunities — you’ll surface the insights that shape didii’s strategy and growth.
What you’ll do
Analyze user data, transaction flows, and market trends to inform product and business decisions
Build dashboards and reports that the entire team relies on
Model financial projections, unit economics, and growth scenarios
Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing to define KPIs and track progress.
What we’re looking for
3+ years in business analysis, data analysis, or strategy (fintech or tech preferred)
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and at least one visualization tool (Metabase, Looker, Tableau)
You can translate messy data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations
Understanding of the Nigerian fintech landscape, regulatory environment, and consumer behavior.
