Job Title: Computer Operator / Print Designer

Location: Igbogbo-Ikorodu, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented Computer Operator / Print Designer with strong IT support and data onboarding skills.
• The ideal candidate will handle daily computer operations, basic graphic design for print production, data entry and onboarding tasks, and provide general IT assistance. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Corel Drawis essential.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate computers and manage day-to-day system tasks efficiently
• Design simple print materials such as flyers, ID cards, banners, stickers, souvenirs and documents
• Prepare files for printing and ensure correct formatting, sizing, and color setup
• Perform data entry, data cleaning, and onboarding of client or student records
• Use Microsoft Excel for data sorting, formatting, basic formulas, and record management
• Assist with system setup, file organization, backups, and basic troubleshooting
• Support IT-related tasks including software installation and updates
• Maintain accurate digital and printed records
• Assist with online submissions, registrations, and document uploads when required

Basic Requirements

• SSCE, OND,or equivalent qualification
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as CorelDRAW, Canva, or Adobe Photoshop
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
• Experience in data entry or data onboarding is an added advantage
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software operations
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
