Job Title: Content Creator

Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: 3 Times a Week

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality photos and videos, managing social media platforms, and helping build a strong online presence that attracts and engages clients.
• We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Content Creator to develop engaging visual and social media content for a fast-growing aesthetic spa brand.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:

• Develop engaging short-form videos, reels, and TikTok content
• Produce educational and promotional content on aesthetic procedures such as facials, body sculpting, fillers, and skincare treatments
• Create high-quality photos and videos of treatments, products, spa environment, and client experiences
• Film before-and-after transformations with proper client consent

Social Media Management:

• Must be highly skilled in managing and growing Snapchat content and engagement
• Schedule and publish posts consistently across all platforms
• Manage the company’s social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Snapchat
• Write engaging captions aligned with the brand’s voice and marketing goals
• Respond to comments and messages or support the customer engagement team where necessary

Brand Storytelling:

• Maintain a consistent aesthetic, tone, and visual identity across all content
• Highlight client testimonials, reviews, and transformation journeys
• Showcase the spa’s services, identity, and customer experiences through creative content

Marketing & Campaign Support:

• Support new service launches and product announcements with engaging visuals and copy
• Create content for sponsored ads and promotional campaigns
• Collaborate with management on marketing campaigns, promotions, and special offers

Trend Monitoring & Strategy:

• Stay updated on social media trends, beauty trends, and viral content formats
• Monitor content performance and adjust strategy based on engagement insights and analytics
• Adapt trending ideas creatively to fit the spa’s brand identity

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or aesthetic industry is an added advantage
• Proven experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Manager
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Snapchat trends and algorithms
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Strong photography and videography skills
• Proficiency in video editing apps/software such as CapCut, Canva, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools
• Creative mindset with excellent storytelling ability

Preferred Skills:

• Attention to detail and strong visual aesthetics
• Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking
• Professional appearance and attitude when working with clients and recording content.
• Ability to create viral and engaging short-form content

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
