Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Content Creator / Social Media Manager to manage our online presence, create engaging content, and drive brand visibility across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with company goals
Create engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, reels) for social media platforms
Manage and grow company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Plan and schedule posts using content calendars
Run and monitor paid social media campaigns (ads)
Engage with followers, respond to messages, and build an online community
Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to promote properties
Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
Stay updated with social media trends and real estate marketing strategies
Requirements
Proven experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Manager
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
Ability to create high-quality visual and written content
Basic knowledge of video editing and graphic design (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools)
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines
Experience in real estate marketing is an added advantage
Qualifications
Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
