Job Description

• Demonstrates advanced proficiency in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Power Query, formulas, dashboards, and data automation.
• Develops insightful management reports, dashboards, and analytical reports that support business decisions.
• Prepares professional commercial presentations for Management, EXCO, and Board reviews.
• Develops accurate sales forecasts based on historical trends and market intelligence.
• Supports annual budgeting, sales target allocation, and commercial planning activities.
• Monitors sales performance against targets and recommends corrective commercial actions.
• Analyzes inventory movement, stock ageing, stock availability, and recommends replenishment plans.
• Provides market trend analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer performance insights.
• Converts commercial data into actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.
• Demonstrates sound understanding of FMCG commercial processes, distributor management, pricing, and trade execution.
• Builds effective relationships with distributors, cross-functional teams, and management while demonstrating strong negotiation skills.
• Effectively utilizes ERP systems for sales, inventory, reporting, and commercial operations.
• Strong capability in developing management reports and business presentations using PowerPoint.
• Experienced in sales forecasting, budgeting, target setting, FMCG commercial operations, and performance analysis.
• Ability to translate sales data, inventory movement, market trends, and customer insights into actionable business decisions.
• Demonstrates strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities,
• ERP system knowledge to drive effective commercial planning, operational efficiency, and sustainable  business growth.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Data Analyst
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong reporting skills
• Sound ERP knowledge.
