Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret business data to support strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will provide actionable insights that improve operational efficiency, inventory management, sales performance, and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data from multiple business sources.
Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key business and operational metrics.
Analyze inventory, sales, warehouse, and distribution data to identify trends and opportunities.
Generate periodic performance reports for management.
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements.
Collaborate with operations, finance, sales, and warehouse teams to support business decisions.
Monitor KPIs and provide insights on business performance.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
Automate recurring reports where possible.
Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.
Support forecasting and business planning through data analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a warehousing, logistics, FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution company.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced), SQL, and Power BI or Tableau.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with ERP systems is an added advantage.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
