Job Title: Data Analyst

Responsibilties
Identify trends, root causes of equipment failures, and predict maintenance needs.
Analyse data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in engineering processes.
Work with engineers to design and implement systems for capturing relevant data.
Analyse historical data and production forecasts to optimize inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
Analyse data on defective syringes to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Analyse production data and demand forecasts to ensure sufficient production capacity.
Utilize data to optimize production scheduling and resource allocation.
Analyse data to identify areas for cost reduction in production processes.
Utilize data analysis to support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts.
Analyse material usage and production times to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Prepare reports for regulatory bodies based on collected data.
Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for engineering teams.
Create clear and concise dashboards and reports to communicate findings.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 – 5 years experience.
Salary
N300,000 – N350,000 monthly.
