Job Summary

  • IDMANN Institute is seeking a strategic and data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst to plan, execute, and analyze digital marketing campaigns.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving online visibility, generating leads, and optimizing marketing performance across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate insights/reports
  • Manage online campaigns (social media, email, ads, etc.)
  • Track website traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics
  • Optimize campaigns for better reach and ROI
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers
  • Recommend improvements based on data and trends

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in: Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Digital Media, Or related field
  • 1–3 years experience in digital marketing or analytics
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Good data interpretation and reporting skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Added Advantage:

  • Experience with paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
  • SEO/SEM knowledge
  • Content marketing experience
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills
