Job Summary
To drive digital customer acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth by executing data-driven marketing campaigns that convert leads into funded accounts and loan customers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement performance-driven digital marketing campaigns.
Generate qualified leads for loan and deposit products through paid and organic channels.
Manage and optimize paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to achieve defined CPL and ROI targets.
Oversee website content, landing pages, and digital funnels to improve conversion rates.
Create compelling financial product content aligned with regulatory guidelines.
Monitor digital analytics and provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
Manage social media engagement and online brand reputation.
Collaborate with the sales team to convert digital leads into booked loans and funded accounts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2 – 3 years experience in performance marketing (preferably in financial services).
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools.
Strong data interpretation and reporting capability.
Excellent content development and campaign execution skills.
Remuneration / Salary
N190,000 – N250,000 per month.
Competive Salary plus bonuses.
