Job Title: Full-Stack Developer (Systems & Workflow Architecture)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in Systems and Workflow Architecture to design, develop, and optimize scalable applications and automated workflows across our digital platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust backend systems, developing intuitive front-end interfaces, and architecting efficient workflows that enhance operational efficiency and system performance.
  • This role requires a developer who can think strategically about system design while also delivering high-quality, maintainable code across the full technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications including both front-end and back-end components.
  • Architect and implement workflow automation systems to improve operational processes and system efficiency.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to support platform integrations and internal systems.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern frameworks and technologies.
  • Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data pipelines for high-performance applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security through proper architecture and testing.
  • Integrate third-party tools, services, and APIs to enhance system functionality.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Maintain clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews and development best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
  • Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Solid experience with backend development using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or similar.
  • Experience designing system architecture, workflows, and scalable application structures.
  • Strong knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.
  • Experience working with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and system integrations.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools (Docker / Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a development team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with workflow automation platforms or process optimization systems.
  • Familiarity with system security best practices and performance optimization.
  • Experience building enterprise or SaaS platforms.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
