Cynosure Realty Limited is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that support our real estate marketing, branding, and communication efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Design engaging marketing materials including flyers, brochures, banners, and digital ads
Create high-quality visual content for social media platforms
Develop brand-consistent graphics for campaigns and property listings
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to execute creative concepts
Edit and retouch images for real estate listings
Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand identity and messaging
Stay updated with design trends relevant to real estate and digital marketing
Requirements
3–5 years of proven experience in graphic design
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW (or similar)
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and marketing-focused designs
Good understanding of branding, layout, and typography
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and creativity
Must reside in or around Wuye, Abuja
