Role Overview
WEPHCO is seeking a high-performance Graphic Designer / Digital Marketer who can drive visibility, engagement, and lead generation at scale.
This role is for a results-oriented professional who understands premium branding, digital positioning, and conversion-focused marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Design high-quality visual content for digital campaigns (social media, ads, website, etc.)
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead flow
Manage and grow social media platforms with engaging, conversion-driven content
Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve campaign effectiveness
Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
Requirements
Proven experience in graphic design and digital marketing
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and high-converting designs
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics
Ability to think strategically and execute quickly
Results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
