We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Graphics Designer

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: 3-Month contract (Fully Remote), subject to renewal based on performance and / or project needs
Reporting To: Operations Manager
Start Date: Immediate / Within 1 week

Job Summary

  • Due to rapid business expansion, Cedar-Bridge is seeking a talented Graphics Designer to join our creative team.
  • The successful candidates will be pivotal in creating high-quality, impactful visual content for our diverse client portfolio, with a focus on comprehensive brand identity development and digital marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Work:

  • Create visually compelling graphics for digital and print media.
  • Design social media content, carousels, and promotional materials.
  • Develop branding materials, including logos and brand identity packages.
  • Create website design elements and marketing collateral.
  • Work on executive-level design projects for high-profile clients.

Client Management:

  • Design content for multiple client brands and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute creative concepts.
  • Ensure all designs align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Maintain consistent quality across all design deliverables.

Technical Requirements:

  • Use industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva Pro) efficiently.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies, and best practices.
  • Deliver professional, high-quality artwork within established project deadlines.

Workload

  • Designers are expected to complete approximately 20 standard projects / assets per month based on current demand.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1+ year of proven experience in graphic design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with social media design and branding projects.
  • Understanding of print and digital design requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and creativity.

Technical & Remote Needs:

  • Reliable internet connection for remote work
  • Professional design software access
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with website design elements.
  • Knowledge of UI / UX principles.
  • Previous agency or consulting experience.
  • Brand identity development experience.

  • Stage 2: Virtual Assessment Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a single, time-bound design task. This allows you to demonstrate your real-time problem-solving skills and technical execution.
  • Stage 3: Virtual Interview – Candidates whose assessment submissions meet our expectations will be scheduled for a brief (30–40 minute) conversation. We will discuss your design process, experience with remote collaboration, and alignment with our People and Culture values.
  • Stage 4: Final Selection & Onboarding – Successful candidates will receive an official offer letter and undergo a one-week remote integration period to get up to speed with our tools and client workflows.
