Job Summary
Due to rapid business expansion, Cedar-Bridge is seeking a talented Graphics Designer to join our creative team.
The successful candidates will be pivotal in creating high-quality, impactful visual content for our diverse client portfolio, with a focus on comprehensive brand identity development and digital marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Work:
Create visually compelling graphics for digital and print media.
Design social media content, carousels, and promotional materials.
Develop branding materials, including logos and brand identity packages.
Create website design elements and marketing collateral.
Work on executive-level design projects for high-profile clients.
Client Management:
Design content for multiple client brands and campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute creative concepts.
Ensure all designs align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
Maintain consistent quality across all design deliverables.

Hiring Process & Timeline:

Our recruitment process follows these four streamlined steps:
Stage 1: Portfolio & CV Screening – An initial review of your design aesthetics, technical proficiency, and relevant experience to ensure a baseline match with our brand standards.
Stage 2: Virtual Assessment Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a single, time-bound design task. This allows you to demonstrate your real-time problem-solving skills and technical execution.
Stage 3: Virtual Interview – Candidates whose assessment submissions meet our expectations will be scheduled for a brief (30–40 minute) conversation. We will discuss your design process, experience with remote collaboration, and alignment with our People and Culture values.
Stage 4: Final Selection & Onboarding – Successful candidates will receive an official offer letter and undergo a one-week remote integration period to get up to speed with our tools and client workflows.
