The Graphic Designer will create and refine visual assets that support Darren Davies Properties’ brand across digital and print channels
Day-to-day responsibilities include designing marketing materials such as social media graphics, property brochures, presentations, email templates, and website visuals, as well as developing and updating logos and brand elements.
The role will collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual concepts, ensuring a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print materials.
Ability to create and refine Logo Design and Branding elements that align with business objectives.
Proficiency in Typography for clear, visually appealing layouts and communication.
Experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software).
Portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and consistent visual style.
Ability to interpret briefs, work within brand guidelines, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iteration.
Relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in video editing
