Job Title: Graphics & Motion Designer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate should be skilled in both graphic design and motion design, with the ability to create high-quality static visuals and dynamic video/motion content for marketing, social media, campaigns, events, and brand communication.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging social media creatives, flyers, campaign assets, website banners, and other marketing materials
• Create high-quality motion graphics, animated ads, promotional videos, and short-form content for digital platforms
• Develop visual concepts for campaigns, product promotions, events, and brand storytelling
• Edit and package video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and paid ads
• Animate text, product visuals, brand assets, and other design elements for motion content
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and creative teams to execute campaigns effectively
• Maintain consistency in brand identity across all static and motion design outputs
• Revise and optimize creative assets based on feedback, campaign needs, and platform performance
• Stay updated on design, motion, and social media content trends to improve creative output

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, or a similar creative role
• Strong portfolio showcasing both static design work and motion/video content
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
• Good understanding of typography, layout, color, branding, animation, and visual storytelling
• Ability to create content tailored for digital and social media platforms
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work within deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
