Job Title: UI/UX & Graphics Designer

Location: Lagos (Remote)

Job Description

• In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces for our website and mobile app, while also creating visually compelling graphics for campaigns, social media ads, and digital media.
• The ideal candidate must be a creative thinker with a strong technical ability to translate designs into functional code, enhancing user engagement and driving conversions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Design Tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, Sketch.
• Development Knowledge: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Prototyping & Wireframing: UXPin, InVision, Adobe XD.
• Collaboration Tools: Slack, JIRA, Asana.
• SEO Optimization: Understanding of SEO principles for design.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working within Agile teams.
• Communication Skills: Ability to articulate design decisions effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in tech or fintech.
• Cross-Platform Design: Experience designing for iOS & Android.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX and graphic design work.
