Job Title: Mobile App Developer
Location: Lagos (on-site)
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mobile App Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about building intuitive and scalable applications that enhance the user experience while supporting Rise Networks’ mission in AI and digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Ensure apps are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
Integrate APIs, third-party services, and cloud-based solutions as required.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and crashes.
Stay up-to-date with emerging mobile technologies, trends, and best practices.
Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the development team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in mobile application development.
Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin, or Java.
Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and app design patterns.
Experience integrating APIs, databases, and third-party services.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience developing apps for education, AI, or social impact sectors.
Knowledge of backend technologies and cloud platforms [AWS, Firebase, etc.].
Understanding of security best practices in mobile development.
