Key Responsibilities
Lead full-stack software development initiatives.
Design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
Develop frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
Develop backend services and APIs using C# and ASP.NET Core.
Guide technical decision-making and architectural standards.
Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers.
Collaborate with Product Managers, QA Engineers, and stakeholders.
