SterlingPRO Business Application is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our [Product / Design] team.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end design of our digital products, from conducting user research to shipping pixel-perfect interfaces. You will work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to turn complex problems into intuitive, accessible, and beautiful experiences for our users.
Key Responsibilities
User Research & Strategy:
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
Create user personas, journey maps, and information architecture to guide design decisions.
Analyze user data and feedback to iterate on existing features and improve conversion rates.
UX Design (The “Thinker”):
Create wireframes, user flows, and low-fidelity prototypes to communicate interaction concepts.
Design end-to-end user journeys that solve specific problems while aligning with business goals.
Conduct usability testing sessions and synthesize feedback into actionable design changes.
UI Design (The “Maker”):
Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like [Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD] .
Develop and maintain a scalable design system and component library to ensure consistency across all platforms.
Ensure the final designs are visually stunning, on-brand, and responsive across mobile and web.
Collaboration & Handoff:
Work closely with Product Managers to define project scope and requirements.
Collaborate with Engineers to ensure design integrity is maintained during implementation (QA).
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Requirements & Qualifications
Must-Haves:
At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design (portfolio required).
A strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of both UX process (flows, wireframes) and UI execution (visual polish, typography).
Proficiency in design tools: [e.g., Figma, Principle, ProtoPie].
Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and platform guidelines (iOS/Android/Web).
Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Haves (Bonus):
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (to communicate effectively with devs).
Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.
Experience in Fintech/Payments is an added advantage.
