Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences across our products and platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding user needs, translating business requirements into user-centered designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
The UI/UX Designer will play a key role in shaping the usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction of our web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
User Experience (UX) Design
Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and competitor analysis to understand user needs and business objectives.
Create user personas, user journeys, process flows, and information architecture.
Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interaction designs.
Identify usability issues and propose effective design solutions.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
Ensure products deliver intuitive and frictionless user experiences.
User Interface (UI) Design:
Design visually appealing and consistent user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Create high-fidelity designs that align with the company’s brand identity and design standards.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
Ensure responsiveness and consistency across multiple devices and screen sizes.
Design dashboards, portals, landing pages, and customer-facing digital products.
Collaboration & Product Development:
Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions.
Participate in product planning, brainstorming sessions, and sprint activities.
Provide design specifications and assets for development teams.
Support implementation by ensuring designs are accurately translated into functional products.
Continuous Improvement:
Monitor user feedback and analytics to improve user experiences.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.
Recommend innovative design approaches that enhance customer engagement and business outcomes.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
User satisfaction and usability scores.
Timely delivery of design projects.
Reduction in user-reported usability issues.
Improvement in user engagement and conversion metrics.
Design consistency across products and platforms.
